A “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) under the USA No Surprises Act is the rate of service you have agreed to pay your provider times the numer of services/sessions you hold per year. The expiration of your GFE is one year after the date you sign the GFE form. If you have not yet signed a GFE, please ask your provider. (Example: $200USD per 45-50 minute session x 52 weeks = $10,400USD estimated anual cost).
